16 Ounces frozen brussels sprouts
6 bacon slices
1/2 cup Diced Red onion
1/2 cup white grape juice
1/2 cup Chicken Broth
1/2 cup dried Cranberries
- Cut bacon into small pieces and cook until crisp in a large skillet over medium heat. Remove and reserve.
- Cook onion in pan until transluscent.
- Add brussels sprouts to the pan and cook until they are heated through.
- Add juice, broth and cranberries. Cook until cranberries are soft.
