All our meats are primarily GRASS-FED.
BEEF AND GOATS get fresh, green grass from April through November (depending on snow) and are given grass hay, alfalfa and small amounts of organic, non-gmo oats and corn PLUS herbs and kelp.

Chevon (Goat) may be available November 2014. We occasionally cross our Nubian Dairy Goats with Boer Goats for better meat.
