They do contain herbs and some amounts of caffeine (except the Fruit & Herbals).  Natural caffeine is supplied by the Black, Green or White tea (except the Fruit & Herbals). Each cup that contains caffeine supplies approximately 1/10th of the caffeine found in a cup of coffee. Our Fruit & Herbal teas contain NO CAFFEINE.

Black Teas - Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz cup, steep 5 min, strain and serve.

Black Tea - Chai - $5.25
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Chai tea and if you are tired of the super sweet, dry milk blend products in the store you are going to love this!  Simply add 1 tsp chai mix to 3/4 cup boiling water. Steep 4-5 minutes and strain. Top off with 1/4 cup hot milk or dairy substitute and sweeten with honey to taste. Make 1 serving. If you are like me you'll drink without the milk and honey.  This blend of spices is said to settle the tummy and aid in digestion.  Ingredients Organic Fair Trade: black tea, ginger, fennel, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, pepper and cloves. 2 ounce bag that will make up to 32 cups and you can use each serving twice!

Audry's Rose Hill - $5.25

Vintage flavored green tea that is perfect for those special occasions or your favorite tea time. We use a medium bodied Sencha green tea from Japan that is known to be high in polyphenois. Light green in the cup with a pleasant rose aroma and light citrus finish. Use 1 teaspoon per cup and brew no longer that 60-90 seconds.

This blend of popular herbs is hand-crafted using freshly dried herbs that have been processed in small batches to produce a tea of superlative freshness and quality. We use a medium bodied Sencha green tea and the flowery Jasmine from Japan both known to be high in polyphenois, but both together combine to double the singular benefit. Use 1 teaspoon per cup and brew no longer that 60-90 seconds. Ingredients: Organic Japanese grown Green Tea, Organic Japanese Sencha Leaf.  Package contains 2 ounces of loose leaf tea, will make up to 32 cups

Fruit & Herbal Teas (Tistaines) - Use 1-2 teaspoon per 8 oz cup, steep 8-10 min, strain and serve. Since these tistaines do not contain any tea products there is no caffeine present.  Please consider our advice above!

A soothing blend of blackberry leaves, elder flowers, linden flowers and peppermint leaves. Drink 2-3 cups per day for a few days for prevention or soothing of cold and flu symptoms. Do not take for longer than 1 week without a break in between. 1 ounce loose leaf tea - Use 1-1.5 teaspoons per cup.  Package will brew up to 15 cups

English Rose - $8.25

This is a delightful blend of Organic Red Rose Petals, Organic Lemon Balm and Organic Dried Rosemary. Use 1 1/2 teaspoons per cup and steep for 5-8 minutes. his is a fruit and herbal tistane and contains not tea so there is no caffeine.Two Ounce loose leaf tea - Use 1.5- 2 teaspoons per cup.  Contains enough for approximately 20 cups tea

Forever Fruit - $8.75
Fragrant, sweet lemony aroma.  Infusion is a beautiful pinksh purple.  Fruity, lemony, vegetal-grassy flavor with a hint of peppermint.PERFECT FOR A CHILDREN'S TEA.  Great for Children & Adults.  This is a fruit and herbal tistane and contains not tea so there is no caffeine. Grandma Farmers Tummy Mint - $5.00
A soothing blend of our peppermint and Lemon Balm leaves plus some Organic Fennel Seeds. Use 1 teaspoon per cup.  This 2 oz loose leaf Package will brew up to 32 cups.

Raspberry Leaves - $3.45

Caffeine Free Organic Raspberry Leaf tea supports the female system by aiding healthy menstruation as well as toning the uterus in preparation for childbirth. For millennia European and Native American women have safely used raspberry leaf for irregular menstruation, menstrual cramps and during pregnancy. Today naturopaths and nurse-midwives often recommend raspberry leaf tea for these traditional uses. Use 1 teaspoon per cup.  This 2 oz loose leaf Package will brew up to 32 cups.

Fruit & Herbal Tea - Relaxing - $5.00

Jen's Tangy Tangerine - $7.60

White is the most Luxurous of the teas and the lowest in Caffeine. This lovely Indian White tea is naturally flavored with a marvelous Tangerine citrus.  Use 1.5- 2 teaspoons per cup. Contains enough for approximately 20 cups tea.
