Ingredients
1 c. Kale (stems removed, coarsely chopped, firmly packed)
1/4 c. Parsley (loosely packed)
1 Granny Smith Apple, coursely chopped
1 Banana, chopped
1/2 cup yogurt
2 c. water
Blend well **NOTE- I use a cup of crushed ice in place of 1 cup of water if the other ingredients are not frozen.
Place everything but the water in freezer bags in your freezer. I do up a months worth at a time!
You can also make CRISPY KALE CHIPS, store them in a air tight container and serve them as finger foods.........yummy and crunchy!
