| Ingredients: 
 ¼ cup Unsweetened Applesauce (best if frozen or chilled)
¾ cup Yogurt, Kefir, or ButtermilkHoney (optional)Dash of Vanilla ExtractDash of CinnamonDash of Nutmeg Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
